Combining orders and invoices for shipping and handling discount (eBay users only):
   After you have won the auction, an e-mail with "marketplace advisor" checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered e-mail address. Please check your e-mail now if you’re done shopping or simply wait until all of the auctions have ended. Complete the checkout procedures from the most recent e-mail you received from us ("marketplace advisor"). Once you complete the checkout you will not be able to combine additional auctions. No exceptions. After you check out with your multiple items the system will automatically give you a shipping and handling discount.

  If you are not done shopping you have 7 days to finish your auctions and go through the checkout process. If you receive any notifications from our system or eBay please disregard it. After you are finished, your items will be combined onto one invoice. If the sub-total is more than $199 your shipping will be free

Leather dimensions:
  LEATHER SQ.FT. IS NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH FABRIC SQ.FT. Due to the
unpredictable shape of an animal skin, LEATHER HIDES have an IRREGULAR SHAPE.
We cannot give you a perfect rectangular dimension due to this characteristic. When we say that a skin will be 2 Sq.Ft. we mean that it will have a complete surface area of 2 Sq.Ft. Again, this area is not always shaped in a perfect rectangle. In order to accurately measure the skins we utilize exclusive hi- tech machinery, and laser technology to measure the entire surface area of the skin. If you are not familiar with how a hide shape looks, we suggest you order one hide before you commit yourself to a large quantity. NO two animal skins are the exact size and shape!

Size you need:
   Based on the information below, please consult your Tailor or Upholsterer to find out what size of skin you need. In order to assist you there is information below that might help you chose the correct skin size for your project, please remember NO two animal skins are the same size and shape! This chart will show the approximate dimensions you will expect to receive according to size of skin.

If you have a project that requires a specific dimension that is within the dimensions above we may be able to accommodate your request, no promises! In order to fulfill the request you need to type in what you wish for in the “comment” section when checking out. Here, you should type in the exact dimensions you need. To be on the safe side it is always a good idea to go with larger size skin. Note: Whatever is in our inventory is listed in our store.

Size, selection, and thickness:
   This is described in the section right below the “Item Description” on the auction page.

Questions about average size:
   As we mentioned clearly on eBay auction under the “size of skin” title, the average size square footage means that the skin size may be a little less or more then mentioned. Please refer to your purchase order or invoice for clarification.

Samples request:
   Our Company’s policy is to provide up to three FREE samples for potential clients, when you place any item on our web site or on eBay. After purchasing a product, you must place the sample request in the “comment” section while checking out. We also offer leather pieces that are larger. This would be just enough for you to see and feel the quality of our leather, or it may be used for small craft projects. FREE shipping worldwide:
   As we stated clearly in our auction subtotal must be $199 or more.

Shipping and handling fees for domestic/international and how much it costs on eBay:
   As described in the “Shipping Information section” on the auction page, we ship to U.S. (all 50 States including Alaska & Hawaii), Canada and International. Please refer to the "shipping information section" to find out what the cost is.

Tracking your shipment information:
   When we ship your item(s) our system automatically generates a tracking number (with exception to international shipments). We will then forward this number and other information to your e-mail. Please keep this information for your future reference and for checking the status of your shipment.

Shipping process time:
   Our normal shipping process is within 47 hours from the time you placed an order, Monday through Friday except holidays. For more details please refer to the “Shipping Information section” on the auction page

Overnight shipping for U.S.A.: The overnight shipping and processing cost is greatly higher than the standard price of shipping. To have your order rushed you must contact us at sales@fashionleather.com prior to 10 am PST (west coast time) so we can adjust your shipment type. The additional cost will be determined based on your destination postal code, and the weight of the merchandise(s). We will calculate this additional cost, and collect the money immediately through your PayPal account or Visa / MasterCard information. To pay via PayPal, we will request the money from your account, and you must respond immediately to speed up the process. To pay the difference through Visa / MasterCard, please E-Mail us the following information: 1) billing address on your credit card 2) shipping address (if different than billing address 3) credit card number 4) Expiration date 5) Three digit security code in the back of your card. This is the quickest way to receive the appropriate funds and ship out your merchandise.  

International priority shipping (normal delivery time frame is 4-6 business days): For priority shipping and processing, the cost is greatly higher than normal. To have your order rushed you must contact us at sales@fashionleather.com prior to 10 am PST (west coast time) so we can adjust your shipment type. The additional costs will be based on the Country destination postal code, and the weight of the merchandise(s). We will calculate this additional cost, and collect the money immediately through your PayPal account only. Unhappy with the cost of shipping & handling and insurance fee:
We clearly mentioned the cost of shipping & handling and insurance on our auction, if you do not like the purchase you made or perhaps made a mistake let us know by e-mail before you go through checkout process so we can cancel your order(s).

If you have not received your order:
   First check with your local postal office. If you still need further information click to this USPS link and paste the tracking number we initially provided to you by e-mail. If you still do not receive your package, please provide us with your full name, purchase order or invoice number, and the shipping address you provided at checkout. We will investigate your order and provide information about your shipment.

Insurance fees optional:
   We clearly state in the auction that the insurance is optional and the fees are: $1.48 for the first item, and $0.87 on every item thereafter. This ensures that, if your item is lost or damaged, we will send a replacement or give a full refund at no additional cost.
Note: Insurance is not required if you purchase from www.fashionleather.com

Unhappy with the size or Economic selection:
   We are sorry that you are not happy with the item you received. We clearly mentioned: AVERAGE Size: what ever that is declared on the auction page, as a sample for you to see and feel the quality of the leather;  SELECTION: Economic, You might find some imperfections and or holes. Please refer to your purchase order or invoice for clarification.

Wholesale price discount:
   Our wholesale discount price is for those customers who buy at least a bundle (a bundle is 12 skins and can be a combination of different items). The discount entitles you to FREE shipping and 5% off your first order. To receive your discount you must order through www.fashionleather.com and subsequently e-mail us to ensure we refund you the 5% discount on your total order. Your refund will come in the form of payment you chose to purchase your items (PayPal or credit card). Remember you do not need to create a PayPal account; you can choose use your credit card to purchase your order instead. As you become a regular customer we will increase you discount percentage. Visiting our warehouse for purchasing only:
   You are welcome to visit us for purchase in our warehouse upon appointment. Purchases must be over $100 and you must know exactly what items you need.

Office hours:
   We are open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm (Pacific Time) except holidays. Customers are welcome to call anytime. If we are unavailable please leave a clear message, and contact information, we will return your call promptly.

Return Policy Details:
   All items must be returned within 7 days. Refunds will be given as merchandise credit only. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be charged, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and handling fees. Merchandise must be returned in an unopened box, or in an opened box with all original materials. No exceptions. 

Feedback on eBay:
   Our system automatically gives you the same feedback you give us, thanking you for your business. We will be very disappointed if you leave us a Negative/Neutral Feedback on our eBay account. You have to remember that we have no other choice but to leave you the same Feedback as you gave us. Having a Negative/Neutral score is not good for either of us, so think wisely before you place your feedback. Please contact us before you consider giving a Negative/Neutral Feedback and we will try to resolve the matter. We wish to inform you that receiving Negative/Neutral scores will have a severe impact on your eBay account. A drop in your Feedback score may cause eBay to suspend or perhaps cancel your account, which will stop any further transactions on eBay. Feedbacks are permanent and stay in your account for as long as you do business on eBay!

Suggested use for our leather:
   Garments, Hand Bags, Western Clothing, Hats, Gloves, Dolls, Slippers, Chaps, Chairs, Tables, Upholsteries, Cushions, Book binding, Craft Projects, Trimming / Accents, etc! Automotive manufactures suggest using Cow hides for car and motorcycle seats. Although this is true, many of our customers have successfully used our lambskins for automotive projects.
